Covering the basics in our warmups, 1. starting with hip mobility. Developing elasticity in the hips by doing hurdle walks is the first step to improving flexibility, which is important in being a fast athlete. 2. We then move to A-Skips and B-Skips, where we look for knees and toes to be upright, emulating proper running posture. 3. Lastly, we go into pogo hops, where we look to develop the strength of the tendons in the foot, ankle and Anterior Tibias to develop the quick twitch muscles getting used to fast moving reactions, which can assist in first step quickness on the field and on the court. #sportsscience #athletictraining #speedtraining #feedthecats #highschoolfootball #runningmechanics #speedwork #athlete #musclescience #anatomy #trainstagram #fyp #shorts
