The program is a one-hour course that teaches anybody in the community regardless of their level of training or skill, how to control emergency bleeding. Participants in the course learn how to identify life threatening bleeding and the 3 best ways to stop it. 1. Direct Pressure 2. Packing the wound 3. Application of a tourniquet.
