The body of a missing Turlock woman has been found in Selma. The Turlock Police Department says 44-year-old Kelsy Ramos was first reported missing Thursday afternoon. On Monday, the Selma Police Department reported the discovery of a body matching the missing woman's description. Police have confirmed it is Kelsy Ramos but don't have a cause of death at this time.
