Travel left a $2.9 trillion footprint on the U.S. economy last year — supporting 15 million jobs and generating $190 billion in tax revenue. In Philadelphia specifically, international visitation made significant strides in 2024, attracting more than 1.2 million international visitors who spent $680.5 million in the region, generating an economic impact of $1.2 billion.
