At noon, a false Code Red Lockdown was allegedly triggered by a substitute teacher in team games, mistakenly calling for a Code Red instead of a first-responder lockdown protocol, according to SM East students. The substitute was attempting to get first aid for a student who was reportedly hit in the head with a softball during the team games class, and accidentally triggered the Code Red protocol instead.  Red lights began to flash in every classroom, and an automated voice warned faculty and students of the Code Red.  “Lock the classroom door. Code Red turn out the lights, stay away from sight. Maintain silence. Code Red,” the automated voice said. #videobypaigebean #socialmediabychristopherlong #storybyprestonhooker
