Can you believe the end of the 2024-2025 school year is in sight? This week marks the last posts for our #ArmyJROTC and #ArmyROTC Cadet of the Week until fall! Today we head to the Golden State for our Army JROTC #Cadetoftheweek 🎉 Meet Ezra Santillan, a sophomore at Garey High School in Pomona, California. Santillan serves his battalion as the Cadet Staff Sergeant and the Color Guard Commander. He became interested in JROTC while attending a middle school #JROTC presentation. Outside of JROTC, he is a member of the AVID program and plays for the basketball team. He excels academically and is actively involved in community service. His father serves as his leadership inspiration, who he credits with his motivation for success. After high school, Santillan plans on attending a four-year university to major in technology.
