The Neighborhood Leadership Academy offers leadership training focused on community building, project planning and personal leadership skills. Participants include community leaders, volunteers and local officials from across Missouri. Graduates receive a Certificate in Neighborhood Leadership from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
