Ahead of tonight’s #MetGala in New York, we’re with actor lakeithstanfield3 (LaKeith Stanfield) and ferragamo’s creative director _maximiliandavis_ (Maximilian Davis) as they prepare for fashion’s biggest night at the metcostumeinstitute.⁣ ⁣ “I want people to see that Black style is not monolithic. It is diverse, it is complex, it is always evolving,” says Maximilian. “And most of all, I want them to feel inspired to express their own individuality, to embrace their own unique style.”⁣ ⁣ LaKeith says the process of working with Maximilian has been amazing. “I like to be comfortable but I also like to approach things with an unexpected twist,” says LaKeith of his final look. “We’ve never seen anything like it.
