At 7 months pregnant I am working out 5 times a week x1hour combining weights 🏋🏻 and cardio , moving a lot during the day to complete my 10,000 steps 🚶‍♀️ and of course eating healthy🍎🥗 (not dieting) in order to maintain the healthy weight gain that is required during pregnancy. All these of course, on top of my daily schedule (8-10 hours) of work, shows, games etc. So time management is also very important, if not vital, when it comes to be able to be consistent with your goals. Exercise contributes significantly to maternal and fetal wellbeing during pregnancy.
