An Ohio woman has been arrested in a traffic stop after police caught her raccoon with a meth pipe. Springfield Township Police pulled the woman over as she had active warrant and a suspended driver's license, but 'Chewy' the racoon had the cops in fits of laughter as he 'tried to smoke.'
