We are pleased to share some of classical guitarist Griffin Meroney’s performances during Fine Arts Week last Tuesday in the main hallway during lunch. Despite the lunchtime chatter surrounding the guitar performances, Mr. Winter reported that Meroney’s rendition of the Beatles’ classic “Blackbird” was the highlight of his day and improved his sour mood considerably. Meroney and the rest of the classical guitar program will perform again this evening as they collaborate with Lamar Middle School for an evening of Beatles songs.
