Police said 30-year-old Dachan Seay has been charged with aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, illegal gun possession and reckless endangerment following a shooting outside of Overbook High School. Officials said a Philadelphia police officer was shot once in the stomach while trying to break up a fight Wednesday afternoon.
