THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT 💜 • 2 oz Coconut Oil-Washed Empress 1908 Indigo Gin* • ½ oz Yuzu Juice • 3 oz Tonic Water • Honey Vanilla Foam* • Bee Pollen, to garnish METHOD: Add coconut oil-washed Empress Indigo Gin and yuzu juice to a chilled glass over ice. Stir gently to combine. Top with tonic water and pipe a layer of honey vanilla foam over the top.
