CHERRY 75 🥂 ✧ 1½ oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin ✧ 2 pitted Cocktail Cherries ✧ ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice ✧ ½ oz Simple Syrup ✧ ½ oz Cherry Liqueur ✧ Top with Sparkling Wine METHOD: Add cherries to a champagne flute and set aside. Shake Empress 1908 Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and cherry liqueur on ice. Fine strain into the champagne flute and top off with sparkling wine. Enjoy!
