GRAPEFRUIT GIMLET FIZZ ❤️ ⇩ Layers of zesty grapefruit, a hint of aromatics, and our unique floral blend come together for a sip that is sure to deliver sunshine right to your glass! ✨ GRAPEFRUIT GIMLET FIZZ 🍊 Created by evakosmasflores (serves 2) ◦ 4 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin ◦ 2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice ◦ 2 oz Grapefruit Simple Syrup* ◦ 2 oz Sparkling Mineral Water ◦ Rosemary Sprig, to garnish METHOD: Combine Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, grapefruit juice, and grapefruit syrup in a large mixing glass and stir on ice. Evenly distribute between two coupe glasses, top with sparkling water, garnish with a rosemary sprig, and enjoy! *To make the syrup, combine ½ cup sugar, and ½ cup water in a small pot over medium heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add 3 tbsp of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, and stir to combine. Take off heat, and allow to cool before using. Store in a jar, and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
