The Maple Pear Blossom will help you ease into the new year with a little extra sweetness 💜 MAPLE PEAR BLOSSOM: Created by maplechutney ・2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin ・½ oz Maple Syrup ・2-3 Fresh Sage Leaves ・1 oz Fresh Lime Juice ・1 oz Pear Juice ・Tonic Water, to top ・Pear Slices & Fresh Sage Leaf, to garnish METHOD: Muddle the sage leaves with maple syrup in a mixing glass. Add lime juice, pear juice, and ice. Stir well to combine. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with tonic water and gently float the gin over top. Garnish with thin pear slices or a fresh sage leaf.
