💛 dillonlewchukart’s first ever public art mural is underway!
Dillon (he/him) is a queer, (dis)abled Canadian-Ukrainian artist based on Vancouver Island, currently residing on the unceded land of the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. His practice is grounded in storytelling, queer activism, and disability justice, and shaped by his heritage and lived experience.Â
As part of the STEPS Public Art Residency (formerly known as CreateSpace) and in partnership with the victoriaartscouncil, Dillon is bringing an impactful mural to the Ukrainian Cultural Centre.Â
Stay tuned for the unveiling and celebration!
