Tips:
📢This treadmill HGW workout will yield about 6k steps (8k with the bonus block)
📢The speed gets pretty quick so if you feel like you’re not ready to get up to 4.0, don’t do it!
📢I tried to match up the playlist with the speeds so listen to it in order! The higher BPM allows you to have a quicker walk pace.
📢If you’re trying for the 4.0+ speed, and you’re feeling it in your shins, lower the incline to 1.0. If it’s still TOO uncomfortable, lower the speed to 3.8.
