Last week, 19 organizations and over 150 community members gathered in Olympia to push for meaningful criminal legal reform. We came together to mobilize our collective resources, build community, and sharpen our advocacy tools. Together, we: 📝 Learned about the legislative process, including how it works and how to get involved ⚖ Discussed bills being considered this legislative session and what's at stake if they pass or fail 💪 Shared tips for how to advocate for change and build solidarity in our communities 👏 Met with over 60 Lawmaker offices! Thanks to all who joined and all who made this day possible. Our collective advocacy is an important tool to facilitate change and is needed now more than ever. Let's keep it up!
