This is one of our favorite leasing stories... r2companies found a Chicago gem hidden in plain sight - Germania Place. They knew it need a unique tenant to fit the creative building style and a floor plan or a rendering just wouldn't do it justice... So they called us up to create a drone tour and show off the potential of the space. We flew our custom drones through the inside, around the chandelier, up along the exterior architecture, and didn't leave a detail unnoticed. They started distributing the video. Emailing it, texting it... Until they came across a group overseas that had bought the rights to the Van Gogh Experience (an art exhibition that transports visitors into the world of van Gogh through 360-degree projections). They we're bringing it to the US for the first time and needed an artistic building to be the home of the exhibition... It was a perfect match.
