Meet recent CALS grad Alivia Dickinson. 🎓 Alivia is from Greensboro, North Carolina, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science this past weekend. During her time at NC State she was actively involved in campus life. She was a member of the University Honors Program, served as the fundraising officer for the zoologyclubatncstate, participated in the Pre-Veterinary Medical Association and irc_ncsu, and worked at the Carmichael Gym. She additionally was a teaching assistant, studied abroad in Costa Rica, placed in two NC State Make-A-Thons and even conquered NC State’s Krispy Kreme Challenge. “My time in NC State’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences was one of the most rewarding chapters of my life,” she said. “From hands-on experiences with animals to gaining a broad base of knowledge, I grew in ways I never expected — and I’m especially grateful for the incredible friends who shared the journey with me.” Alivia is interning at the Greensboro Science Center this su...
