Meet Nikolaos Balafus! For over 5 years, he’s been bringing you your favorite salads and grab-and-go items at McElroy as a food service worker. Growing up in a family of pizza parlor owners, food has always been a massive part of his life. When he was younger, his dad sparked his love of cooking by teaching him how to make a pizza by hand. It’s no surprise that he said his favorite meal to eat and cook is Greek food because when we asked him if he could go anywhere in the world, he said Greece!
