Have faith, and springtime is almost here!” 🥂 2023's Þorrablót features such traditional Icelandic fare as Svið (boiled sheep’s head), Hákarl (fermented shark), Hangikjöt (smoked lamb), authentic Icelandic lamb roast with all the trappings, and more (for those brave enough to try it, of course).
