Enjoy an inside look at the new Munchmuseet in Oslo, Norway! Our Director of Collections, Exhibitions, and Programs @leslie.anne.anderson recently visited the museum as part of a trip organized by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for art experts around the world to explore Oslo's art scene. 🎤 "My favorite installation was the room that was completely black with the exception of the lit paintings and an hour-long score composed by the Norwegian black metal band Satyricon playing throughout the gallery. The band was commissioned to create a work inspired by Munch." @munchmuseet.no—the newest home for Norwegian painter Edvard Munch's art—has already made its mark on the Nordic art scene.
