The football program finished its spring practices Thursday morning, trading traditional drills for a fun and competitive 6-v-6 king-of-the-field tournament. With the last padded practice in the books, the Knights are looking forward to their annual spring game—a scrimmage that gives them a chance to show how they’ve improved and highlight standout players for next season. The spring game is tonight at the McCallum practice field. The game starts at 6 p.m. Admission is free, but you should bring your own chairs as there are no bleachers on the practice field. When the field is renovated using 2022 bond money, there will be bleachers. In addition to seeing next year’s team on the field, you will have an opportunity to learn about upcoming football events and meet the coaches and the booster club board.
