A Fresno Police sergeant fired a shot at a domestic violence suspect Wednesday afternoon -- after officers say he repeatedly rammed his BMW at a woman's Mercedes, and later fired a shot at the car. They say the woman had a three-year-old child in the car. The incident began in the area of Shields and First, when the woman called 911 to report a man -- believed to be her ex-- was ramming her vehicle. The woman stayed on the phone with dispatchers, providing directions while updating the situation. She drove onto Highway 41-- and police say the man continued to follow her and ram her car.
