The 2025 color of the year is Mocha Mousse, which means we’re making a Mocha Mousse Cold Foam Cold Brew! Recipe details below 👇🏼 Mocha Syrup: - 2 parts sugar - 1 part Bizzy cold brew (we used Medium Roast!) - 1/2 part Unsweetend Cocoa Powder Bring syrup to a boil for 3 minutes and simmer until desired thickness. Cold Foam - 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream - 1/2 cup Whole Milk - 2tbsp Mocha Syrup (more if desired) Use a milk frother (or shake in a mason jar) to thicken the cold foam. Then pour over your favorite Bizzy blend (we used Medium Roast) and enjoy! Who’s trying this one in the year of Mocha Mousse?!
