This country cannot thrive over the next 20 years without the least of God’s children. Black and brown people are now essential to the future success of the largest economy and the last superpower on Earth. That’s not my opinion — that’s math. There simply aren’t enough college-educated, high-earning white men to sustain this economy alone. If we don’t make room for everyone — Black, Brown, Asian, women — we’ll be speaking Mandarin in 20 years. Everyone needs to be in the boat. And that’s not a threat — that’s a beautiful opportunity.
