A new park expansion has a lot for Portlanders in time for spring and summer: a splash pad, basketball and tennis courts, a skatepark and a playground. Even that’s not everything that came with the $29.7 million project, which saw Southeast Portland’s Parklane Park expand from five acres to 25 acres.
