It’s time to trash the toxic playbook. If you’ve been told that “being a man” means only caring about yourself, you’ve been lied to. That’s actually why I started #BusinessDad; to push back on that narrative and to prove that all the most successful men out there are building great careers AND being great Dads, at the same time. Shoutout to the guys out there who value the parts of masculinity—like fatherhood—that don’t go viral. We know that greatness isn’t only about the work we do, it’s about the families we build.
