And the Bourgeois Meat Market Cochon Croissant and the Crab Cake Benedict with crawfish sauce… we’re still drooling.🤤 Zam’s Swamp Tours — ZZ is a Louisiana treasure. This was so much more than just an alligator tour — we learned about swamps, gators, and the coastal land loss crisis. Highly recommend. Kajun Kidd — Chef Dell is a Thibodaux legend in the making. The crawfish mac & cheese blew our minds, and the wings were 🔥. Maggie D’s — Classic snowball stand to beat the heat. The Pink Lady was our favorite. Downtown Thibodaux Walking Tour — We popped into Gumbo Weather (cute boutique!) and a charming antique shop with some great vintage maps!
