Big changes are coming to European travel in 2025. The EES, ETIAS and ETA are all about to change the way we travel to Europe and the UK. ✈️ EES? No more passport stamps! Instead, you may need face scans and fingerprints to enter Europe. The EES is expected to become operational first in October 2025 🇬🇧 Planning to visit the UK? You might need a new digital pass called an ETA. 🌍 If you’re heading to Europe, the new ETIAS will be required for up to 30 countries. The exact deadline for when you'll need an ETIAS isn't confirmed yet, but it's expected to be required in the last quarter of 2026 - so you have a bit of time. Sound confusing? You’re not alone.
