How many of us can say we’ve had halal Salvadoran food before? 🇸🇻 To grow up in Queens, I’ve walked by so many restaurants that sold Central American food in which I wasn’t really able to try, and the smell of the food cooking as you walk by was lowkey torture. This was my first time having a taste of it and I now know what I’ve been missing in my life. I need more and fortunately we can all catch them every Saturday at the Syosset Market until the end of August. For more information on their schedule and other whereabouts, please follow their page tiagskitchenn. They only use chicken at the moment and it is by machine.
