According to court documents, a 28-year-old woman reported to police that she'd been in the women's restroom at the parking deck around 4 a.m. May 10 when someone entered the bathroom and broke into the stall she was in with a knife. The man demanded sex and assaulted the woman. Tuscaloosa Police pulled video from the deck showing the man, identified as Wynton Qushawn Rice. Rice was charged with first-degree sodomy, first-degree rape and second-degree assault and was placed in the Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
