Douglas McArthur House III, 37, was arrested May 12 after a warrant for his arrest for possession of child sex abuse material was signed April 9.
According to court documents, when the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at House's home April 16 deputies found a cellphone belonging to House that contained explicit child sex abuse material.
