The Interstate 75 half of the $161 million Interstate 24/I-75 interchange improvement project at the Tennessee-Georgia line is behind schedule, while the I-24 portion is on track for a 2025 finish. Two lanes in each direction on I-75 and I-24 were shifted into their final alignment in recent days as the project reached 75% completion, according to the state Department of Transportation.
