Bagelries are popping up all around Chattanooga, and the latest is Brothers Bagel, which opened recently in a long-neglected building on Hixson Pike. For years — I'm talking decades ago — it was a barbecue establishment. Since then, it's been a couple of different restaurants off and on, and now it's a popular breakfast-lunch place specializing in New York-style bagels of every kind.
