Delicious food and enlivening music. In my opinion, they are two of the most beautiful contributions to life on planet Earth. The fact that human beings apply creativity to arranging flavors and sound frequencies is a source of endless inspiration. A type of sonic sustenance, if you will. If pressed, I think most people could agree that food and music transcend language in the way they connect people. That very concept is what Creative Director Christopher Knowles and chef partner Craig Richards are bringing to Chattanooga in a music and restaurant concept called Monospace.
