Ariella Rogahn-Press (Albuquerque, N.M. | Bosque School) was named MIAC Rookie of the Year after earning runner-up results in both the 200 and 400 meters, as well as honorable mention distinctions in the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relays. The first-year sprinter's time of 53.89 in the 400 meters is .02 seconds shy of the top spot in Division III, a spot occupied by MIAC Track Athlete of the Year, Megan Geraets. Rogahn-Press also ran the 200 in 24.62 and helped the Scots to a fourth-place finish in the 4x4 (3:59.23) and a fifth-place result in the 4x1 (48.90).
