Kevin Arthur (Sr. | Champlin, Minn. | Champlin Park) was named Track Athlete of the Year honors for an unprecedented fourth consecutive season after sweeping the 100- and 200-meter dash competitions for the fourth year in a row. In each event, Arthur's time ranked among the top three in NCAA Division III, as his time of 10.19 in the 100 ranks second in the country, and his 20.81 in the 200 is tied for third.
