The Lookout Wild Film Festival returns this weekend, bringing 73 outdoor adventure and conservation films from 31 countries. The festival, now in its 13th year, has made a location change this year, moving to The Signal from the Walker Theatre. The thought is, according to festival director Steve Rogers, that being in The Signal will give festival attendees more things to do outside the festival, including taking advantage of dining specials at restaurants around the Chattanooga Choo Choo.
