This is the first pinning ceremony held since the nursing department was elevated to the status of a full “College of Nursing” and first to also include students from the online RN-BSN program, with every student receiving a special “STU Nursing” pin to symbolize their completion of the program and official entry into the nursing profession, honoring the traditional transition from student to nurse for all graduates
