Over the weekend current and former deputies from Temple Station participated in the annual Police Unity Tour. From support to riding in the tour. The Police Unity Tour is a bicycle challenge ride from Somerset, NJ to Washington DC. Riders travel approximately 250 miles over three days, stopping for the night in Philadelphia, PA and Baltimore, MD. The purpose is to raise funds for the National Law Enforcement Memorial in Washington DC. “We ride for those who died” the motto of the Police Unity Tour to honor the fallen officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
