👩🏾‍🎓🍊 I’ve had an orange invisible string tying me to syracuseu for years. It started back in 2009 when we drove up to watch my mom’s beloved Wildcats in the Dome. Then came The Express: The Ernie Davis Story—a film I made my dad play and replay for months. In high school, the idea of attending Newhouse and playing in the ACC was just a recruiting call away. It wasn’t the right moment for me to wear Orange then, but funny enough that connection brought me to Cornell (THANK YOU Coach Matt J) Fast forward to my senior year, playing against Syracuse, and sensing that maybe, just maybe, everything I loved: volleyball, media, and entrepreneurship, might finally align 45 minutes up the road. I’m forever Red. But now, I’m also forever Orange. 🧡 Grateful for every step that led me here. Syracuse was everything I hoped it would be.
