I was recently sent on assignment to photograph The Hot Chocolatier. I hadn't had lunch yet, and it was after 2 p.m. I was past hangry, so when I walked inside the business and saw they had a sandwich menu, I was overjoyed. I ordered a ham and Swiss panini — the melted cheese covered a hearty dollop of Dijon mustard and fresh mixed greens. For health. It was served warm with a crunchy bag of chips.
