🌟 Gold Award Girl Scout Highlight 🌟 The Girl Scout Gold Award is the highest achievement in Girl Scouting. It is earned by Girl Scouts in grades 9 to 12 who take the lead on a project that creates lasting change in their communities. Today, meet Sydney Harris, one of our 2025 Gold Award Girl Scouts! For her Gold Award project, "Hand by Hand, Mind by Mind," Sydney set out to increase mental health awareness and support for teens and their parents. She launched a social media account to share uplifting messages and local mental health resources, helping reach teens in a space they use daily. Sydney also partnered with community service units and participated in local events to distribute bilingual pamphlets with information in English and Spanish.
