When Mary Rose Khamfong, psychology, graduates next week, she's going to take the leadership lessons she's gained from her work as a McNair Teaching Fellow and Writing Fellow, a participant in STRiVE, and more, to follow her passions in the digital content creation space. Additionally, she was also a prize awardee in the Cangialosi Business Innovation Competition (CBIC). "All of these achievements are grounded in my dedication to service, which was recognized through the national Asian Pacific Islander American (APIA) Scholars Community Service & Leadership Award, a $10,000 scholarship. This honor reinforced my commitment to service and advocacy, particularly through APIA’s initiatives, where I have participated in meaningful discussions that elevate, empower, and educate Asian Pacific Islander American students." #UMBCgrad
