To kick off our coverage of how Optica Students are celebrating the International Day of Light, the oistedu Student Chapter brought together researchers and students to foster collaboration, spark new ideas, and create a platform for discussing advancements and challenges in optics. The student watch party focused on one of the most pressing topics in optics today: quantum technology. Presentations highlighted the applications of quantum in sensing and navigation, precise measurement tools, and more.
