I’ve never seen a place so packed at lunchtime with a whopping 4.9 stars on Google with almost 2k reviews. When I covered Laghman Express’ first location in Mapleton last year, I really hoped they opened in a bigger location. They really did need more space mA. Fast forward to earlier this year, they opened their second with sooo much more space and despite this, people still have to wait for a table! 😅 From hand-pulled noodles to cold salads and simple meat based dishes where the star of the show is laid on top of a nice flavorful broth or coated in spiced cumin, Laghman Express is whipping up something always good and FAST! Their lunchtime rush is no joke and I imagine the dinner rush is even more intense. And just because they whip it up fast, doesn’t mean they sacrifice on quality.
