Happy New Year!! Let’s introduce some more of our sororities!! Alpha Delta Pi is the first secret society for women in the world. They were founded in 1851 at Wesleyan Female College (the first college in the world to grant degrees to women). Their main symbol is a four pointed diamond, symbolizing strengthening character and personality, watching attitudes toward fellow beings, recognizing the value of high educational standards, and developing faith and loyalty. Alpha Delta Pi’s open motto is “we live for each other,” which represents how they will do millions of small acts of courage, kindness, love, and respect for their sisters. Their colors are azure blue and white, their flower is the woodland violet, their philanthropy is Ronald McDonald House Charities. #pittpanhellove 💙🤍
